The ZE263x series builds on the proven performance of the ZC15xx (including ZC1576-AL, ZC1580-AL, ZC1581-AL, and ZC1582-AL), which are featured in the UCC25800-Q1 ultra-low EMI transformer driver for isolated bias supplies from Texas Instruments. Designed for isolated gate driver bias supplies, the ZE263x transformer offers low interwinding capacitance to minimize EMI, and provides 5656 VDC / 4000 Vrms isolation between primary and secondary.

With 7 mm creepage and clearance, and Material Group I (CTI>600) compliance, the ZE263x is ideal for LLC resonant converters in EV onboard chargers, inverters, and other high voltage auxiliary power supplies in automotive and industrial applications.

Notes
  1. Inductance is for the primary, measured at 333 kHz, 0.1 Vrms, 0 Adc.
  2. Current that causes a 40°C rise from 25°C when applied to the primary winding with secondary current defined by the turns ratio. Please refer to the datasheet for secondary current info.
  3. Leakage Inductance is for the primary, measured at 333 kHz, 0.1 Vrms with secondary windings shorted together.
  4. Interwinding capacitance from primary to secondary. It is measured from pin 3 to 7 with pin 2 and 6 open at 333 kHz, 0.1 Vrms.
  5. Volt-time product is for the primary, between pins 2 and 3.
  6. 5656 VDC / 4000 Vrms, one minute isolation (hipot) measured between primary and secondary.
