ZA975x isolation transformers provide galvanic isolation for the isoSPITM communication interface. The hipot isolation is up to 5 kV, which makes it ideal for battery management systems (BMS) of 400 V, 800 V, or higher in HEV/EV applications with sufficient design margin. It also suitable for industrial applications requiring data transfer with galvanic isolation.
  • Designed to work with isoSPI interface devices to provide isolation barrier
  • High isolation designs with 3 to 8 mm of creepage and clearance
    • Creepage and clearance dimensions based on Material Grade IIIa.
  • AEC-Q200 Grade 1 (−40°C to +125°C)
