The TX2-ZE2430-AE ferrite core surface mount transformer from Coilcraft has an inductance of 196 µH at 0A, and is ideal for gate driver power supply applications. The TX2 Series of AEC Q200 qualified transformers, has low EMI and features 10 mm creepage and clearance, optimized for Texas Instruments SN6507-Q1 transformer drivers.

Notes
  1. Calculated Output Power will vary depending upon application.
  2. Inductance is for the primary, measured between pins 4 and 1 with pins 2 and 3 connected at 1 MHz, 0.1 Vrms, 0 Adc.
  3. DCR is per winding.
  4. Leakage inductance is for the primary with both windings connected in series and with the secondary windings shorted.
  5. Volt-time product is for the primary, between pins 4 and 1 with pins 2 and 3 connected.
  6. 5000 Vrms, one minute isolation (hipot) between primary and secondary windings.

Termination:

  • RoHS-compliant. 260°C compatible. RoHS tin-silver over tin over nickel over phos bronze. Other terminations available at additional cost.

Packaging:

  • D = 13″ machine ready reel. EIA-481 embossed plastic tape (550 per full reel). Quantities less than full reel available: in tape (not machine ready) or with leader and trailer ($25 charge).
