Our 0402HP Series includes a wide range of inductance values from 1.0 to 220 nH. It has lower DCR and higher Q than our original 0402 series and has high self-resonant frequencies – as high as 16 GHz. For even lower DCR and higher Q, consider the 0402DC Series.

  2. Inductance measured at test frequency using a Coilcraft SMD-F fixture in an Agilent/HP 4286 impedance analyzer with Coilcraft-provided correlation pieces.
