The 0201HL Series has higher inductance values than other 0201 size inductors, with twice the Q factor of thin-film technology inductors of the same size. Measuring just 0.58 x 0.46 x 0.46 mm, they are optimized for impedance matching in 700 MHz LTE and 5G applications.

  2. Inductance measured at 250 MHz using a Coilcraft SMD-F test fixture and Coilcraft-provided correlation pieces with an Agilent/HP 4286 impedance analyzer.
  3. Q measured using an Agilent/HP 4991A with an Agilent/HP 16197 test fixture.
  4. SRF is measured on an Agilent 8722ES network analyser (or equivalent) with a Coilcraft SMD-D test fixture. Details
