Coilcraft MLC75xx Series power inductors are mechanically rugged and magnetically shielded for use in high-density circuits. Their flat-wire construction provides excellent current handling and exceptionally low DCR, and soft saturation makes them perfect for VRM/VRD applications.

Notes
  1. When ordering, please specify termination and packaging code: e.g. MLC7540-222MEC
  2. Inductance measured at 100 kHz, 0.1 Vrms, 0 Adc using a Coilcraft SMD‑A fixture in an Agilent/HP 4284A LCR meter.
  3. DCR measured at 25°C on a micro-ohmmeter. For other operating temperatures, use this DCR at Temperature calculator.
  4. SRF measured using an Agilent/HP4291A impedance analyzer and an Agilent/HP 16193 fixture.
  5. Isat: DC current at which the inductance drops the specified amount from its value without current. Details
  6. Irms: Current that causes the specified temperature rise from 25°C ambient.

Termination:

  • E =RoHS compliant tin-silver over copper terminations.
  • T = RoHS tin-silver-copper (95.5/4/0.5). (Special order, added cost)
  • S = non-RoHS tin-lead (63/37). (Special order, added cost)

Packaging:

  • C = 7" machine-ready reel
    EIA-481 embossed plastic tape.
  • B = Less than full reel
