Inductance measured at 100 kHz, 0.1 Vrms, using an Agilent/HP 4192A LCR meter or equivalent.
DCR measured at 25°C on a Keithley 580 micro-ohmmeter or equivalent. For other operating temperatures, use this DCR at Temperature calculator.
SRF measured using an Agilent/HP 8753ES network analyzer. Details
Isat: DC current at 25°C that causes the specified inductance drop from its value without current.
Temperature derating curves.
Irms: Current that causes the specified temperature rise from 25°C ambient. This information is for reference only and does not represent absolute maximum ratings. Temperature derating curves.
Ambient temperature range: −40°C to +125°C with Irms current.
Storage temperature range: Component: −40°C to +85°C
Packaging trays: −40°C to +80°C
Maximum part temperature: +165°C (Ambient + temperature rise)
Electrical specifications at 25°C.
