Z Axis RFID Coil

  • Optimized for use for the Z axis in Near Field Communications systems.
  • Evaluation was done using the STMicroelectronics CR95HF NFC Transceiver Reference board with the PA6512 connected to the STMicroelectronics M24LRxxE Dynamic NFC/RFID Tag.
  • Requires 85% less board space (123 mm2 vs 800 mm2) compared with antennas designed for a PCB yet still has approximately 50% of the read distance.
  • RoHS Compliant. 260°C compatible. Gold over nickel over phos bronze terminations

Tape and reel packaging: −40°C to +80°C
7 Resistance to soldering heat: Three reflows at >217°C for 90 seconds (+260°C ±5°C for 20 – 40 seconds), allowing parts to cool to room temperature between.
