0402DC (1005)
Ceramic Chip Inductors

  • 26 inductance values from 3.0 to 120 nH are stocked for immediate delivery.
  • 99 inductance values are available up to 120 nH, including values from 2.8 to 10 nH 0.1 nH steps. See data sheet for all values.
  • For inductance values greater than 120 nH please consider the 0402HP series.
  • Lower DCR that other 0402 chip inductors
  • Exceptionally high Q – up to 162 at 2.4 GHz!
  • Very high self-resonant frequencies – as high as 15.78 GHz
  • RoHS Compliant. 260°C compatible. Matte tin over nickel over silver-platinum-glass frit terminations
  • Samples of all stocked 5% and 2% values available in Coilcraft Designer's Kit C472 and C472-2

2 Inductance measured at 250 MHz using a Coilcraft SMD-F fixture in an Agilent/HP 4286 impedance analyzer with Coilcraft-provided correlation pieces.

4 Q measured using an Agilent/HP 4287A with an Agilent/HP 16193 test fixture.
5 SRF measured using an Agilent/HP 8722ES network analyzer and a Coilcraft SMD-D test fixture. Details
6 DCR measured at 25°C on a micro-ohmmeter and a Coilcraft CCF858 test fixture. For other operating temperatures, use this DCR at Temperature calculator.
