TTWB Series
Wideband RF Transformers

NOTE: We now offer an even more economical version of this series: PWB. It is electrically identical, requires slightly more board space and is lower in height. Existing customers will continue to be supported indefinitely.
  • Available in 1, 1.5, 2, 4 and 16 to 1 versions
  • Tapped or untapped configurations
  • Footprint comparable to Mini-Circuits TT Series
  • Low profile, flat top ceramic case for reliable pick and place mounting
  • 400 V isolation; 1/4 Watt input RF power rating
  • Typical applications are as impedance or isolation transformer
  • Can also be used for balanced to unbalanced (balun) conversion
  • RoHS compliant. 260°C compatible. Tin-silver-copper over silver-platinum-glass frit terminations
  • COTS Plus tin-silver-copper and tin-lead terminations available

5 Storage temperature range: Component: −40°C to +85°C
Tape and reel packaging: −40°C to +80°C
6 Resistance to soldering heat: Three reflows at >217°C for 90 seconds (+260°C ±5°C for 20 – 40 seconds), allowing parts to cool to room temperature between.
7 Electrical specifications at 25°C. Measurements are referenced to 50 Ohms.

PCB washing: Tested to MIL-STD-202 Method 215 plus an additional aqueous wash. More info.
