The SLV9080 Series Trans-Inductor Voltage Regulator (TLVR) inductors are designed for use in voltage regulator modules (VRMs) and point-of-load (PoL) converters. With a compact 9 × 6 mm footprint and high power density, these inductors deliver efficient performance in space-constrained designs. This series provides low DCR, tight magnetic coupling, and excellent thermal performance, enabling fast transient response and supporting current ratings up to 120 A. The SLV9080 is well-suited for next-generation CPUs, GPUs, ASICs, and SoCs used in servers, data centers, and various power applications.

Notes
  1. Packaging: D = 13″ machine-ready reel. EIA-481 embossed plastic tape (450 parts per reel). Quantities less than full reel available: in tape (not machine ready) or with leader and trailer ($25 charge).
  2. Inductance tested at 100 kHz, 0.1 Vrms, 0 Adc.
  3. DCR is measured on a micro-ohmmeter at points indicated in the diagram below.

  4. Isat: DC current that causes a 20% (typ) inductance drop from its value without current. Temperature derating curves.
  5. Irms: Current applied to the primary winding (pins 1 – 4) that causes the specified temperature rise from a 25°C ambient. This information is for reference only and does not represent absolute maximum ratings. Temperature rise is highly dependent on many factors including pcb land pattern, trace size, air flow, and proximity to other components. Therefore temperature rise should be verified in application conditions. Temperature derating curves.

 

Termination:

  • RoHS compliant matte tin over nickel over copper (pins 1 – 4). RoHS compliant tin-silver over copper (pins 2 – 3).

Packaging:
