The ZG365x series is a group of surface mount gate drive transformers built using our chip-style construction and features lower DCR and higher volt-time capability than the original DA23xx series. With 3500 VDC isolation voltage, 4.9 mm / 5.9 mm creepage and clearance, Material Group I (CTI > 600) compliance, and AEC qualification, the ZG365x provides reinforced insulation ideal for automotive gate drive applications.
  • Designed for lower DCR and higher volt-time capability compared to the original gate drive transformer DA23xx
  • Up to 3500 VDC / 2474 Vrms, one minute isolation (hipot) between primary and secondary windings
  • AEC-Q200 qualified
  • COTS Plus tin-lead terminations available

Notes
  1. Inductance is measured at 100 kHz, 0.1 Vrms, 0 ADC on an Agilent 4263B (or equivalent).
  2. DCR at 25°C. For other operating temperatures, use this DCR at Temperature calculator.
  3. Leakage Inductance is for the primary, measured at 100 kHz, 0.1 Vrms on Agilent 4263B (or equivalent) with secondary windings shorted together with pins 3,4 shorted.
  4. Interwinding capacitance is measured at 250 KHz, 0.1 Vrms on Voltech across pins 1 and 4.
  5. Volt-time is for the primary, between pin 1 and pin 2.
  6. One minute isolation (hipot) between primary and secondary.
