Flyback Transformer for TI 30 Watt
PoE PSE Reference Design PMP20588

  • Designed for use Texas Instruments Fully Autonomous Single Port Type 2 (30 W) PoE PSE Reference Design PMP20588.
  • Operates at 150 kHz with 632 Volts input.
  • 1500 Vrms, one minute isolation (hipot) from pri and aux to sec
  • 500 Vrms, one minute isolation (hipot) from pri to aux.
  • RoHS-compliant. 260°C compatible. Tin-silver-copper over tin over nickel over phos bronze terminations.

2 Peak primary current drawn at minimum input voltage.
3 DCR for primary is per both windings connected in parallel, measured at 25°C. For other operating temperatures, use this DCR at Temperature calculator.
4 Leakage inductance is for the primary winding with the secondary windings shorted.
5 Turns ratio is with the primary windings connected in parallel.
6 Output of the auxiliary winding is 10.2 V.
7 Ambient temperature range: −40°C to +85°C

Tape and reel packaging: −40°C to +80°C

10 Resistance to soldering heat: Three reflows at >217°C for 90 seconds (+260°C ±5°C for 20 – 40 seconds), allowing parts to cool to room temperature between.
