Flyback Transformer for
STMicroelectronics STEVAL-ILL055V1

  • Developed for STMicroelectronics STEVAL-ILL055V1 offline LED drive design
  • 1500 Vrms, one minute isolation (hipot) from primary and aux to secondary
  • Designed for 11 Watt applications with 185 – 264 Vac input
  • 20 V, 10 mA auxiliary winding output
  • RoHS-compliant. 260°C compatible. Tin-silver (96.5/3.5) over tin over nickel over phos bronze terminations.

2 Inductance measured at 100 kHz, 1.0 Vrms, 0 Adc
3 DCR for the secondary is with the windings connected in parallel, measured at 25°C. For other operating temperatures, use this DCR at Temperature calculator.
4 Leakage inductance is for the primary and is measured with the secondary shorted.
5 Output is of the secondary winding. Auxiliary winding output:20 V, 10 mA.
6 Ambient temperature range: −40°C to +85°C
7 Storage temperature range: Component: −40°C to +125°C

9 Resistance to soldering heat: Three reflows at >217°C for 90 seconds (+260°C ±5°C for 20 – 40 seconds), allowing parts to cool to room temperature between.
