2 Inductance measured at 100 kHz, 0.1 Vrms, 0 Adc using an Agilent/HP 16193 fixture in Agilent/HP 4284A impedance analyzer or equivalents.
3 SRF measured using Agilent/HP 8753D network analyzer or equivalent and a Coilcraft SMD-F test fixture.
4 DCR measured at 25°C on a Keithley 580 micro-ohmmeter or equivalent. For other operating temperatures, use this DCR at Temperature calculator.
6 Irms: Current that causes the specified temperature rise from 25°C ambient. Because of their open construction, these parts will not saturate. This information is for reference only and does not represent absolute maximum ratings.
7 Ambient temperature range: −40°C to +85°C with (40°C) Irms current
8 Storage temperature range: Component: −40°C to +125°C
Tape and reel packaging: −40°C to +80°C
9 Maximum part temperature: +125°C (Ambient + temperature rise)
10 Resistance to soldering heat: Three reflows at >217°C for 90 seconds (+260°C ±5°C for 20 – 40 seconds), allowing parts to cool to room temperature between.
11 Electrical specifications at 25°C.
