Coilcraft MSS5050T Series shielded surface-mount power inductors feature low DC resistance and excellent current handling in a wide range of inductance values, making them a cost-effective option for a variety of general-purpose applications.

Inductance measured at 100 kHz, 0.1 Vrms using an Agilent/HP 4263B LCR meter or equivalent
DCR measured at 25°C. For other operating temperatures, use this DCR at Temperature calculator
SRF measured using Agilent/HP 4191A or equilvalent.
Isat: DC current at 25°C that causes the specified inductance drop from its value without current. Temperature derating curves.
Irms: Current that causes the specified temperature rise from 25°C ambient. This information is for reference only and does not represent absolute maximum ratings. Temperature derating curves.

E = RoHS compliant matte tin over nickel over phos bronze.
Q = RoHS tin-silver-copper (95.5/4/0.5) over gold over nickel over phos bronze. (Special order, added cost)
P = non-RoHS tin-lead (63/37) over gold over nickel over phos bronze. (Special order, added cost)

C = 7″ machine-ready reel. EIA-481 embossed plastic tape (400 per full reel). Quantities less than full reel available: in tape (not machine ready) or with leader and trailer ($25 charge).
D = 13″ machine-ready reel. EIA-481 embossed plastic tape. Factory order only, not stocked (1500 per full reel).
