Our 0603CT Series low profile ceramic chip inductors are 40% lower in height than other 0603 models. Offered in a wide range of values, this series has Q factors up to 95 at 1.7 GHz and high self-resonant frequencies – up to 16 GHz.

  • Inductance values from 1.0 to 56 nH
  • Exceptionally high Q – up to 95 at 1.7 GHz!

  2. Inductance measured at 250 MHz, 0.1 Vrms, 0 Adc using Coilcraft SMDA fixture in Agilent/HP 4287A impedance analyzer
  3. Tolerances in bold are stocked for immediate shipment.
  4. Q measured using Agilent/HP4291A with Agilent/HP 16193 test fixture.
  5. SRF measured using Agilent/HP 8722ES network analyzer and Coilcraft SMD -D test fixture
  6. DCR measured on Cambridge Technology micro-ohmmeter and Coilcraft CCF858 test fixture.
