Coilcraft MLC15xx Series power inductors are mechanically rugged and magnetically shielded for use in high-density circuits. Their flat-wire construction provides excellent current handling and exceptionally low DCR, and soft saturation makes them perfect for VRM/VRD applications.

  1. When ordering, please specify termination and packaging codes: e.g. MLC1550-452MLC
  2. Inductance measured at 100 kHz, 0.1 Vrms, using a Coilcraft SMD-A fixture in an Agilent/HP 4263B LCR meter or equivalent.
  3. DCR measured at 25°C. For other operating temperatures, use this DCR at Temperature calculator.
  4. SRF measured using an Agilent/HP4291A impedance analyzer and a Coilcraft 16193 fixture. Details
  5. Isat: DC current at 25°C that causes the specified inductance drop from its value without current. Temperature derating curves.
  6. Irms: Current that causes the specified temperature rise from 25°C ambient. This information is for reference only and does not represent absolute maximum ratings. Temperature derating curves.
