Optimized for AEC-Q200 power over coax (PoC) applications
Small size to reduce board area of overall system solutions
Board area is only 3.87mm ²
AEC-Q200 Grade 1 (−40°C to +125°C)
High impedance (≥ 1 kOhm) maintained over a wide band frequency range
to isolate AC signal from the DC power
RoHS-compliant, halogen free. 260°C compatible. Matte tin over nickel over silver platinum-glass frit.

When ordering, please specify packaging code: e.g. 1205POC-103MRC
Inductance tested at 100 kHz, 0.1 Vrms, 200 mA DC using HP4263 w/SMD-B test fixture or equivalent. DCR measured using a micro-ohmmeter.
DCR measured at 25°C using a micro-ohmmeter. For other operating temperatures, use this DCR at Temperature calculator.
SRF measured using an Agilent/HP 5071C network analyzer and a Coilcraft SMD-D test fixture.
Isat: DC current that causes 30% inductance drop from its initial value at 200 mA at specified temperature.
Temperature derating curves.
Irms: Current that causes a 40°C rise at 25°C. This information is for reference only and does not represent absolute maximum ratings. Temperature derating curves.
