PL140 Series

SMT Planar Transformers

Three different schematics and 15 turns ratios to meet a variety of applications
Rated for 140 Watts output between 200 kHz and 500 kHz
Designed for −48 V input, making them ideal for Intermediate Bus Converters (IBC)
High efficiency, low DCR and low leakage inductance
Can be special ordered with an optional auxiliary winding
Samples are available in Coilcraft Designer's Kit C390

When ordering, please specify packaging code: PL140-114LD
Inductance measured on an Agilent/HP 4284 between pins 2 and 4 at 200 kHz, 0.1 Vrms, 0 Adc.
DCR at 25°C. For other operating temperatures, use this DCR at Temperature calculator.
Leakage inductance measured between pins 2 and 4 at 100 kHz, 0.1 Vrms, 0 Adc with all secondary pins shorted.
1500 Vdc isolation primary to secondary.

RoHS-compliant. 260°C compatible. Matte tin over nickel over brass terminations.

패키지:

D =13″ machine-ready reel.
EIA-481 embossed plastic tape (200 parts per full reel).
B = Less than full reel. In tape, but not machine ready.
To have a leader and trailer added ($25 charge), use code letter D instead.

보조 권선:

To order a transformer with an optional auxiliary winding, add an “X” and the turn count after the PL140, e.g. PL140X3-100LB.
Turn counts of 2, 3, 4, 5, 7 and 9 are available for the auxiliary winding.
Transformers with auxiliary windings are not stocked. Call for lead time.
