Surface Mount Power Inductors

New RoHS part numbers are shown. The products were always compliant; only the part numbers changed. Last three characters indicate tolerance, RoHS compliance, and packaging. (Old data sheet can be viewed here.)

  • Saturation current ratings up to 43 Amps
  • Exceptionally low DC resistance
  • SER1360-602 specified by NSC for LM3433 LED Driver in applications up to 6 A
  • RoHS-compliant. 260°C compatible. Matte tin over nickel over phos bronze terminations.
  • COTS Plus tin-silver-copper and tin-lead terminations available
  • Samples of all values available in Coilcraft Designer's Kit C365

EIA-481 embossed plastic tape (500 parts per full reel).
B = Less than full reel
In tape, but not machine-ready. To have a leader and trailer added ($25 charge), use code letter D instead.
2 Inductance measured at 100 kHz, 0.1 Vrms, using an Agilent/HP 4284A or equivalent.
3 DCR measured on a micro-ohmmeter and a Coilcraft CCF840 test fixture.
4 SRF measured using an Agilent/HP 8753D network analyzer and a Coilcraft SMD-D test fixture. Details
5 Isat: DC current at which inductance drops the specified amount from its value without current. Details
6 Irms: Current that causes the specified temperature rise from 25°C ambient. Details
7 Ambient temperature range: –40°C to +85°C with Irms current.

Packaging: –55°C to +80°C
9 Resistance to soldering heat: Three reflows at >217°C for 90 seconds (+260°C ±5°C for 20 – 40 seconds), allowing parts to cool to room temperature between.
