Quad Channel Isolators

  • AEC-Q200 Grade 1 qualified
  • Developed to work with Analog Devices ADuM347x Quad Digital Isolators with Integrated Transformer Driver
  • Center tapped primary and secondary
  • Power rating: 2 Watts; Volt-time product: 17.6 V-µsec (see note 5)
  • Designed to meet UL/CSA/IEC 60950 Basic Insulation; 1.5 mm creepage and clearance.
  • Isolation: 2500 Vrms primary to secondary; 1250 Vrms windings to core
  • RoHS-compliant. 260°C compatible. Tin-silver over tin over nickel over phos bronze terminations.

2 Inductance is for the primary, measured from pins 4 – 3 at 1 kHz, 0.1 V.
3 DCR is for each winding of the primary and secondary at 25°C. For other operating temperatures,use this DCR at Temperature calculator.
4 Leakage inductance is for the primary windings, measured from pins 1 – 4 with all secondary windings shorted.
5 Volt-time product based on Bsat of the core at 25°C and number of turns on winding 4-3 (half the primary).
6 Ambient temperature range: −40°C to +125°C
7 Storage temperature range: Component: −40°C to +125°C
Tape and reel packaging: −40°C to +80°C
8 Resistance to soldering heat: Three reflows at >217°C for 90 seconds (+260°C ±5°C for 20 – 40 seconds), allowing parts to cool to room temperature between.
9 Electrical specifications at 25°C.

PCB washing: Tested to MIL-STD-202 Method 215 plus an additional aqueous wash. More info.
