ME3220 Series
Surface Mount Power Inductors

New RoHS part numbers are shown. Lead was removed from internal connections. The last three characters indicate tolerance, RoHS compliance, and packaging. (View old data sheet.)
  • Very small footprint, just 2.5 mm x 3.2 mm
  • Saturation current rating up to 2.7 Amps; Low DC resistance for greater efficiency
  • Specified by National Semiconductor for their LM2830 Buck Converter
  • 21 inductance values from 1.0 to 100 µH
  • RoHS-compliant. 260°C compatible. Matte tin over nickel over silver terminations
  • COTS Plus tin-silver-copper and tin-lead terminations available
  • Samples of all values are available in Coilcraft Designer's Kit C386
