DT1608C Series Shielded
Surface Mount Power Inductors

We will continue to manufacture and support the DT1608C indefinitely, however for new designs, we recommend the LPS4018 as an alternative. The LPS4018 series is more cost effective, features better current handling and is considerably smaller.       DT1608C          LPS4018
  • This series was always RoHS compliant; only the part numbers changed. Added characters indicate tolerance, RoHS compliance, and packaging.  View old data sheet.
  • Surface mount design, magnetically shielded, fully pick and place compatible
  • Specially designed to have a "swinging" inductance vs current characteristic
  • Defense Supply Center CID A-A-59235
  • RoHS-compliant. 260°C compatible. Electroplated gold (<50 µin) over nickel over moly-manganese terminations.
  • COTS Plus tin-silver-copper and tin-lead terminations available

9 Resistance to soldering heat: Three reflows at >217°C for 90 seconds (+260°C ±5°C for 20 – 40 seconds), allowing parts to cool to room temperature between.
10 Electrical specifications at 25°C.

PCB washing: Tested to MIL-STD-202 Method 215 plus an additional aqueous wash. More info.
