Ceramic Chip Inductors
|
New RoHS part numbers are shown.
Cadmium was removed from terminations. The next to the last character is now L to
indicate RoHS compliance. Also, 20% and 10% tolerance are no longer offered.
(View old data sheet.) |
- Inductance values from 3.3 nH to 1200 nH (tolerances as low as
1%)
- Exceptionally high Q compared to non-wirewound inductors,
especially at high frequencies
- Ceramic construction for highest possible self resonance (as
high as 6200 MHz)
- Excellent current carrying capacity for their size
- RoHS-compliant
260°C compatible. Silver-palladium-platinum-glass frit terminations.
- COTS Plus tin-silver-copper and tin-lead terminations available
- Samples of all values are available in Coilcraft Designer's Kit C320

When
ordering, please specify tolerance, termination and packaging codes: e.g. 1206CS-122XGLC |
|
Tolerance: |
F = 1%, G = 2%,
J = 5% (Table above shows stock
tolerances in bold.) |
|
|
Termination: |
L = RoHS compliant silver-palladium-platinum-glass frit
Special order, added cost: T = RoHS tin-silver-copper (95.5/4/0.5) or
S = non-RoHS tin-lead (63/37). |
|
Packaging: |
C = 7"
machine-ready reel
EIA-481 embossed plastic tape (2000 parts per full reel).
B = Less than full reel
On reel but not machine-ready. To have a leader and trailer added ($25 charge), use code letter C instead.
D = 13" reel, machine-ready
EIA-481 embossed plastic tape. Factory order only, not stocked (7500
parts per full reel). |
