Ceramic Chip Inductors

New RoHS part numbers are shown. The products were always compliant; only the part numbers changed. The second to the last character is now L to indicate RoHS compliance. (Old data sheet can be viewed here.)
  • Our lowest profile 1008 chip inductors only 0.045" high!
  • Inductance values from 3.3 nH to 560 nH (tolerances as low as 1%)
  • Exceptionally high Q compared to non-wirewound inductors, especially at high frequencies
  • Ceramic construction for highest possible self resonance (up to 7900 MHz)
  • Excellent current carrying capacity for their size
  • RoHS Compliant. 260°C compatible. Silver-palladium-platinum-glass frit terminations.
  • COTS Plus tin-silver-copper and tin-lead terminations available
