Ceramic Chip Inductors

New RoHS part numbers are shown. Cadmium was removed from terminations. The next to the last character is now L to indicate RoHS compliance. Also, 20% and 10% tolerance are no longer offered. (View old data sheet.)

Inductance values from 10 nH to 8200 nH (tolerances as low as 1%)
Exceptionally high Q compared to non-wirewound inductors, especially at high frequencies
AEC-200 Grade 1 (-40°C to +125°C)
Ceramic construction for highest possible self resonance (as high as 4100 MHz)
Excellent current carrying capacity for their size

RoHS-compliant 260°C compatible. Silver-palladium-platinum-glass frit terminations.

	Tolerance:	F = 1%, G = 2%, J = 5% (Table above shows stock tolerances in bold.)
	Termination:	L = RoHS compliant silver-palladium-platinum-glass frit. E = Halogen free component. RoHS compliant silver-palladium-platinum-glass frit terminations. Special order: T = RoHS tin-silver-copper (95.5/4/0.5) or S = non-RoHS tin-lead (63/37).
	Packaging:	C = 7" machine-ready reel EIA-481 embossed plastic tape (2000 parts per full reel). B = Less than full reel In tape but not machine-ready. To have a leader and trailer added ($25 charge), use code letter C instead. D = 13" reel, machine-ready EIA-481 embossed plastic tape. Factory order only, not stocked (7500 parts per full reel).
