0603HC (1608)
Ceramic Chip Inductors

New RoHS part numbers are shown. Cadmium was removed from terminations. The next to the last character is now L to indicate RoHS compliance. Also, 10% tolerance (K) is no longer offered. (View old data sheet.)

  • Will handle transient currents up to 50% higher.
  • Inductance values from 1.6 to 24 nH
  • Higher Q factors than our 0603CS parts at low inductance values.
  • Very high self-resonant frequencies - up to 12,500 MHz
  • RoHS-compliant. 260°C compatible. Silver-palladium-platinum-glass frit terminations.
  • COTS Plus tin-silver-copper and tin-lead terminations available
  • Samples of all inductance values are available in Coilcraft Designer's Kit C339

2 Inductance measured using a Coilcraft SMD-A fixture in an Agilent/HP 4286 impedance analyzer with Coilcraft-provided correlation pieces.

4 Q measured at 250 MHz using an Agilent/HP 4291A with an Agilent/HP 16193 test fixture.
5 SRF measured using an Agilent/HP 8720D network analyzer and a Coilcraft SMD-D test fixture. Details
