0402CS (1005)
Ceramic Chip Inductors

New RoHS part numbers are shown. Cadmium was removed from terminations. The next to the last character is now L to indicate RoHS compliance. Also, 20% and 10% tolerance are no longer offered. (View old data sheet.)
  • 47 inductance values from 1 to 100 nH
  • Exceptionally high Q - up to 100 at 1.7 GHz!
  • Very high self-resonant frequencies - up to 12.7 GHz
  • RoHS-compliant  260°C compatible. Silver-palladium-platinum-glass frit terminations
  • COTS Plus tin-silver-copper and tin-lead terminations available
  • Samples available in Designer's Kits C328A (1 - 10 nH) and C328B (11 - 120 nH)

2 Inductance measured at 250 MHz using a Coilcraft SMD-F test fixture and Coilcraft-provided correlation pieces with an Agilent/HP 4286A impedance analyzer.
