Isolation Transformer

  • Designed specifically for automotive active cell balance battery management system.
  • Suitable for power driver ICs, low power isolation, gate drive and other power applications.
  • AEC-Q200 Grade 1 (−40°C to +125°C)
  • 1500 Vrms, one minute primary to secondary isolation (hipot); 500 Vrms winding to core isolation.
  • RoHS-compliant. 260°C compatible. Tin-silver over tin over nickel over phos bronze terminations.

2 Inductance is for the primary, measured from pins 1 to 2 at 250 kHz, 0.1 Vrms, 0 Adc.
3 DCR is for each winding of the primary and secondaryat 25°C. For other operating temperatures, use this DCR at Temperature calculator.
4 Volt-time product is based on 2200 Gauss and the number of turns on winding 1–2.
5 Calculated output power based on 250 kHz operating frequency. Power varies depending on application.
6 Ambient temperature range: −40°C to +125°C
7 Storage temperature range: Component: −40°C to +125°C
Tape and reel packaging: −40°C to +80°C
8 Maximum part temperature +165°C (ambient + temp rise)
9 Resistance to soldering heat: Three reflows at >217°C for 90 seconds (+260°C ±5°C for 20 – 40 seconds), allowing parts to cool to room temperature between.
