Notes
  1. Output is for the secondary winding. Output of the gate winding is 4 V, 0.25 A.
  2. When ordering, please specify packaging code: e.g. RA6998-BLD
  3. Inductance is measured at 250 kHz, 0.1 Vrms.
  4. DCR for the secondary is measured with the windings connected in parallel. DCR at 25°C. For other operating temperatures, use this DCR at Temperature calculator.
  5. Leakage inductance is for the primary winding with the secondary windings shorted.
  6. 1500 Vrms isolation from primary to secondary and gate.

Termination:

  • RoHS-compliant  260°C compatible. Tin-silver (96.5/3.5) over tin over nickel over phos bronze terminations.

Packaging:

  • D = 13″ machine ready reel. EIA-481 embossed plastic tape (200 parts per full reel). Quantities less than full reel available: in tape (not machine ready) or with leader and trailer ($25 charge).
  • B = Less than full reel. In an effort to simplify our part numbering system, Coilcraft is eliminating the need for multiple packaging codes. When ordering, simply change the last letter of your part number from B to D.
