2 Inductance tested at 100 kHz, 0.1 Vrms using an Agilent/HP 4263B LCR meter or equivalent.

4 SRF >13 MHz measured using Agilent/HP 8753D network analyzer; <13 MHz using Agilent/HP 4192A.
5 Isat: DC current at which the inductance drops 10% (typ) from its value without current.
6 Irms: Current that causes a 40°C temperature rise from 25°C ambient. This information is for reference only and does not represent absolute maximum ratings. Temperature derating curves.
7 Ambient temperature range: −40°C to +85°C with Irms current. Derating curve
8 Storage temperature range: Component: −40°C to +125°C
Tape and reel packaging: −40°C to +80°C
9 Maximum part temperature: +125°C (Ambient + temperature rise) Derating curve
10 Resistance to soldering heat: Three reflows at >217°C for 90 seconds (+260°C ±5°C for 20 – 40 seconds), allowing parts to cool to room temperature between.
11 Electrical specifications at 25°C.
