Flyback Transformer for
TI TPS55340 DC-DC Regulator

  • Developed for use with TI TPS55340 Boost/SEPIC/Flyback DC-DC Regulator.
  • Designed to operate at 200 kHz with 2.9 – 32 V input
  • 1500 Vrms, one minute isolation from primary windings to secondary windings
  • RoHS-compliant. Tin-silver (96.5/3.5) over tin over copper over steel terminations

3 Peak primary current drawn at minimum input voltage.
4 DCR measured at 25°C. For other operating temperatures, use this DCR at Temperature calculator.
5 Leakage inductance is for the primary and is measured at 50 kHz, 0.1 Vrms, 0 A with secondary windings shorted.
6 Turns ratio is with the primary and the secondary windings connected in parallel.
7 Output is with the secondary windings connected in parallel.;

9 Storage temperature range: Component: −40°C to +85°C
Tape and reel packaging: −40°C to +80°C
10 Resistance to soldering heat: Three reflows at >217°C for 90 seconds (+260°C ±5°C for 20 – 40 seconds), allowing parts to cool to room temperature between.
