Low Profile Chip Inductors

Measuring just 0.58 x 0.46 x 0.35 mm, the 0201CT Series is a low profile wirewound chip inductor in an 0201 (metric 0603) size. It has exceptionally higher Q and lower DCR than similarly sized thin-film types and is optimized for high-frequency impedance matching in applications such as cell phones, wearable devices, WiFi, Bluetooth, GPS and LTE/5G IoT networks.
  • 0201 sized inductor with low-profile 0.35 mm maximum height
  • Excellent Q compared to non-wirewound alternatives at this height
  • Very high SRF – as high as 35.2 GHz
  • AEC-Q200 Grade 1 (–40°C to +125°C)

  2. Inductance measured at 250 MHz using a Coilcraft SMD-F fixture in an Agilent/HP 4287 impedance analyzer with Coilcraft-provided correlation pieces.
  3. K = 10%
  4. Q measured using Agilent/HP4991A with Agilent/HP 16197 test fixture.
  5. SRF measured using Agilent/HP 8722ES network analyzer and Coilcraft SMD -D test fixture.
  6. DCR measured on Cambridge Technology micro-ohmmeter and Coilcraft CCF858 test fixture.
