Low loss power inductors are optimized for switching frequencies up to 5+ MHz

XEL40xx Series power inductors offer extremely low DCR (as low as 2.5 mOhms) and ultra-low AC losses for the highest efficiency across a range of frequencies (2 to 5+ MHz). They are available with inductance values as low as 92 nH and current ratings up to 28.5 Amps and measure just 4.0 mm square with maximum heights as low as 1.2 mm, making them ideal for IoT and portable device applications.



Chip inductors offer the highest L and lowest DCR of any 0402-sized RF choke

The 0402DF Series is offered in 25 inductance values ranging from 20 to 3300 nH, with the lowest DC resistance currently available in a 0402 package. Ideal for RF choke and filtering applications in mobile devices and cellular infrastructure equipment.

High current, high frequency power inductors

SLR1070 Series power inductors offer current ratings up to 86 Amps and an inductance range from 120 to 300nH for high frequency applications. They also provide tight DCR tolerance for inductor-DCR-based current sensing circuits.
