Our 0402AF Series is the first generation of 0402 wirewound ferrite chip inductors. It has inductance values from 20 nH to 560 nH and higher current handling than ceramic constructions of similar values. For much lower DCR, consider our newer 0402DF Series.

Inductance measured at 7.9 MHz, 0.1 Vrms, using an Agilent/HP 4286A LCR meter or equivalent with a Coilcraft SMD-F test fixture and Coilcraft-provided correlation pieces.
Tolerances in bold are stocked for immediate shipment.
SRF measured using an Agilent/HP 8753D network analyzer and a Coilcraft SMD-D test fixture.
DCR measured at 25°C using a Cambridge Technology Micro-ohmmeter and a Coilcraft CCF805 test fixture. For other operating temperatures, use this DCR at Temperature calculator.
Current that causes a 15°C temperature rise from 25°C ambient. Because of their open construction, these parts will not saturate. This information is for reference only and does not represent absolute maximum ratings.
