The 016008C Series is the world’s smallest high-frequency-wirewound chip inductors. It features the highest Q factor on the market — up to 40% higher than the best thin-film counterparts. High Q is required to minimize the insertion loss in RF antenna impedance matching circuits, which makes the 016008C ideal for high-frequency applications such as cell phones, wearable devices, and LTE or 5G IoT networks.

  1. Inductance measured at 250 MHz using a Coilcraft ccf1426 fixture in an Agilent/HP 4287 impedance analyzer with Coilcraft-provided correlation piece
  2. Q measured using an Agilent/HP 4991 with an Coilcraft CCF1481 test fixture.
  3. SRF measured using Agilent/HP 8722ES network analyzer and Coilcraft CCF1406 test fixture.
  4. DCR measured on Cambridge Technology micro-ohmmeter and Coilcraft CCF858 test fixture.
  5. Current that causes a 40°C temperature rise at 25°C ambient. This information is for reference only and does not represent absolute maximum ratings.
