Custom COTS solutions offer specialized products and services

Laboratory services facilities in North America and in Asia perform
comprehensive testing for electronic components. We provide a wide range of services to help you determine the reliability of the components you manufacture.
Telecoils for use in assistive listening systems (ALS) are
custom manufactured to the same exact standards of our other high reliability components. Our surface mount coils help cut the cost of assembly of behind-the-ear and in-the-ear devices.
Coilcraft parts routinely pass environmental tests for a temperature range of –40°C to +125°C ambient. Vibration testing is conducted per MIL STD 202 at 5 Gs. For applications requiring an extended temperature range (–55°C to +155°C ambient) or a greater level of shock and vibration endurance, these robust parts meet the rigors of these most demanding environments.
