PFL1609 Series
Shielded Power Inductors

  • Ultra-small shielded power inductor – less than 0.9 mm high; 1 × 1.8 mm footprint max

2 Inductance tested at 7.9 MHz, 0.1 Vrms using a Coilcraft SMD-F test fixture with an Agilent/HP 4286A impedance analyzer and Coilcraft provided correlation pieces.
3 DCR measured  at 25°Cusing a micro-ohmmeter. For other operating temperatures, use this DCR at Temperature calculator.
4 SRF measured using an Agilent/HP 8753D network analyzer and a Coilcraft SMD-D test fixture.
5 Isat: DC current at 25°C that causes the specified inductance drop from its value without current.

6 Irms: Current that causes the specified temperature rise from 25°C ambient. This information is for reference only and does not represent absolute maximum ratings. Temperature derating curves.
7 Ambient temperature range: −40°C to +85°C with (40°C rise) Irms Derating curves
8 Storage temperature range: Component: −40°C to +125°C
Tape and reel packaging: −40°C to +80°C
9 Maximum part temperature: +125°C (Ambient + temperature rise)
10 Resistance to soldering heat: Three reflows at >217°C for 90 seconds (+260°C ±5°C for 20 – 40 seconds), allowing parts to cool to room temperature between.
11 Electrical specifications at 25°C.
