Surface Mount Power Inductors

  • Only 4 mm square and 2 mm high
  • Magnetically shielded
  • Saturation current rating up to 1.2 Amps
  • Less than 15°C temperature rise at Isat
  • Inductance ratings from 3.3 to 100 µH
  • Very high reliability and low cost
  • RoHS-compliant. 260°C compatible. Matte tin over nickel over phos bronze terminations
  • COTS Plus tin-silver-copper and tin-lead terminations available

2 Inductance measured at 100 kHz, 0.1 Vrms using a Coilcraft SMD-A fixture in an Agilent/HP 4263B LCR meter or equivalent.
3 SRF measured using an Agilent/HP 8753D network analyzer and a Coilcraft SMD-D test fixture. Details
4 Isat: DC current at which the inductance drops the specified amount from its value without current. Details
5 Irms: Current that causes the specified temperature rise from 25°C ambient. Details
6 Ambient temperature range: –40°C to +85°C with Irms current.

Packaging: –55°C to +80°C
