Flyback Transformer for
Texas Instruments TPS23752

  • Developed for TI TPS2375x PoE Interface and DC/DC Converters
  • 12 V, 20 mA bias winding output
  • 1500 Vrms, one minute isolation (hipot) primary and bias to secondary; 500 Vrms isolation primary to bias; 750 Vrms isolation all pins to the core.
  • RoHS-compliant  260°C compatible. Tin-silver over tin over nickel over phos bronze terminations

2 Inductance is for the primary, measured at 250 kHz, 0.5 Vrms, 0 Adc
3 Ipk is the peak primary current drawn at minimum input voltage.
4 DCR for the primary is measured with the windings connected in parallel. DCR for the secondary is per winding. DCR measured at 25°C. For other operating temperatures, use this DCR at Temperature calculator.
5 Leakage inductance is for the primary with the windings connected in parallel and with the secondary windings shorted.
6 Capacitance is for the primary,measured at 250 kHz, 0.5 Vrms, with all secondary pin shorted
7 Turns ratio is with the primary windings and the secondary windings connected in parallel.
8 Output is for the secondary is with the windings connected in parallel. Output of the bias winding is 12 V, 20 mA.
9 Ambient temperature range: −40°C to +125°C
10 Storage temperature range: Component: −40°C to +125°C
Tape and reel packaging: −40°C to +80°C
11 Resistance to soldering heat: Three reflows at >217°C for 90 seconds (+260°C ±5°C for 20 – 40 seconds), allowing parts to cool to room temperature between.
12 Electrical specifications at 25°C.
