Ceramic Chip Inductors

New RoHS part numbers are shown. The products were always compliant; only the part numbers changed. The second to the last character is now L to indicate RoHS compliance. (Old data sheet can be viewed here.)
  • 11 inductance values from 1.9 to 18 nH
  • Very high Q - up to 96 at 1.7 GHz!
  • Excellent current handling - up to 2.2 Arms
  • Provides intermediate inductance values not available in other series
  • RoHS Compliant. 260°C compatible. Silver-palladium-platinum-glass frit terminations.
  • COTS Plus tin-silver-copper and tin-lead terminations available
  • Samples of all values are available in Coilcraft Designer's Kit C371

2 Inductance measured at 500 MHz using a Coilcraft SMD-F fixture in an Agilent/HP 4286 impedance analyzer with Coilcraft-provided correlation pieces.
3 Q measured at 500 MHz using an Agilent/HP 4291A with an Agilent/HP 16193 test fixture.
4 SRF measured using an Agilent/HP 8722ES network analyzer and a test fixture with a 0.017" air gap. Details
5 DCR measured on a micro-ohmmeter and a Coilcraft CCF858 test fixture.
6 Irms: Current that causes a 30°C temperature rise from 25°C ambient. Details
7 Ambient temperature range: –55°C to +125°C with Irms current.
