2 Inductance measured at 250 MHz using a Coilcraft SMD-F test fixture and Coilcraft-provided correlation pieces with an Agilent/HP 4286 impedance analyzer.
3 Q measured using an Agilent/HP 4287A with an Agilent/HP 16197 test fixture.
4 SRF is measured on an Agilent 8753ES (or equivalent) with a Coilcraft SMD-D test fixture.Details
5 DCR measured at 25°C on a micro-ohmmeter and a Coilcraft CCF858 test fixture, For other operating temperatures, use this DCR at Temperature calculator.
6 Irms: Current that causes a 40°C temperature rise from 25°C ambient. See Irms derating curve for higher ambient temperatures. This information is for reference only and does not represent absolute maximum ratings.
7 Ambient temperature range: −40°C to +85°C with Irms current, +85°C to +125°C with derated current.
8 Storage temperature range: Component: −40°C to +100°C
Tape and reel packaging: −40°C to +80°C
9 Maximum part temperature: +125°C (Ambient + temperature rise)
10 Resistance to soldering heat: Three reflows at >217°C for 90 seconds (+260°C ±5°C for 20 – 40 seconds), allowing parts to cool to room temperature between.

12 Temperature coefficient of inductance (TCL): +25 to +150 ppm/°C.
